Job-shadowing in progress

“I have participated in fundraising staff, team-building, we held discussion workshops in primary and secondary schools” – Dóri Dandár listed all the things she experienced in the framework of the Aspect Group job-shadowing programme at the Demokratikus Ifjúságért Alapítvány, where she was delegated by the Motiváció Műhely.

“The internship gave me an insight into how the organisation works. We closed the week with the 25th birthday of DIA, where I got to know Bence, who I spent the whole night folding paper boats with and taught to write numbers down to twenty, among many wonderful people. It was a very fulfilling week and I can safely say that for me, DIA was the best decision!” – said Dóri.

In September, ten young people eager to learn and gain experience applied for the Aspect Group’s job-shadowing programme. The trainees received training, learned about the structure and functioning of NGOs. Most of them will start the practical part of the programme in the next few days, following a week of work at one of Civilizáció’s organisations. Building on the experience gained, next year they will implement their own mini projects in Debrecen, Miskolc, Pécs and Szeged.
