Shape your future!

Aspect Group’s new programme is based on the triad of learning, community and action. We are looking for young people who are aware of social injustices and want to contribute to change. Our aim is to give them the tools they will need to thrive as individuals and become active members of their communities. From now on, during successive events, a national network of participants will be built up, which could provide exciting opportunities for everyone in the future.

The “Shape your Future” programme will run in Debrecen, Eger, Miskolc, Pécs and Szeged between February and October. The local workshops will introduce participants to advocacy and community organising methodologies. Monthly public affairs clubs provide an opportunity to meet regularly and discuss current issues with experts. The participatory budgeting training is a useful tool to make youth communities more democratic. The final national meeting in Budapest will bring participants together to form teams and develop their own projects with the support of experts.
